We were recommended to the CEO of this mature banking start-up who had recently secured Series-B funding and were looking to appoint a CRO to lead their global expansion. Our expertise allowed us to provide the executive management team with valuable insight into the availability of resources in different regions of EMEA and to offer guidance on remuneration package. Taking a compelling market message to a highly competitive landscape, Northbank Partners identified a strong shortlist made up of professionals from competitive vendors, financial institutions and global consultancies. The interview process was supported over a three month period and contract negotiations were completed successfully.
