Following a change in ownership, our client, a front to back office portfolio management software vendor, implemented a new global management structure to provide a platform for international expansion. Working with the investors and CEO, Northbank Partners helped to define a brief for a Global Head of Sales. With a cross-border geographical remit a shortlist was delivered incorporating candidates from UK, France, Sweden and Germany. Ultimately hiring a London based executive, they continue to roll out their global salesforce expansion.
