Miles Dornin
Miles has accrued twenty three years’ experience in the international executive search industry. Having worked through the dot.com and Y2K boom, Miles has conducted searches across sixteen countries on five continents and has been engaged by companies that range from pre-revenue start-ups to the largest technology and consultancy firms in the world.
Miles was previously employed by Enigma Executive as head of their global financial technology practice. As one Enigma’s first employees, Miles was a key contributor to the international growth of the business and during his seven year tenure had successes that included winning and delivering the first search assignments in Europe, North America and Asia and establishing and growing a team dedicated to the advanced financial technology industry.
Ben Williams
Ben has eighteen years of experience working in the international financial markets, with a background of fourteen years in senior level executive search. The first six years of his career was at Brewin Dolphin & Co and FTSE International in a variety of positions across operations and project management. Ben then moved into financial technology sales, working for STB Systems Limited (now Lombard Risk) and SuperDerivtives.
In 2006 Ben joined Enigma Executive with the remit to establish and grow an international financial technology practice, helping to develop the FS practice into Enigma’s largest business unit. During this time Ben won and delivered retained searches across ten different countries and also managed a number of key accounts.
